The flowers were beautiful, but the customer service was unacceptable. At the Gramercy farmers market, the stall was devoid of customers, and I was completely overlooked in favor of another customer who arrived three minutes later. They proceeded to sell the flowers I was considering as if I were invisible. All customers, regardless of their appearance, are valuable and possess purchasing power, even if they do not have blonde hair and blue eyes! Response- The customer indeed offered me the flowers, acknowledging that I was in the stall before her. However, your salesperson told her, “No, you keep them.” This incident is not about my feelings—it is about the facts of what occurred. If you are unable to acknowledge the inherent bias demonstrated in this interaction, there can be no progress toward addressing and correcting such inappropriate behavior.

If you are lucky enough to live in the delivery area, you can sign up for any one of a different variety of flower and quantities to be delivered weekly. They arrive, trimmed, beautifully arranged, and ready to be placed into your vase. I wasn’t home when our first delivery arrived, and he was kind enough to leave it in a bucket of water outside the door. The tulips are as fresh and beautiful several days later as when they were dropped off. Thank you!

THANK YOU FOR THE FLOWERS!!!!! my husband bought a bouquet of poppies for me —unfortunately, they did not open. I called and left a message with the coordinator of BearCreek Farm . Debra returned the call . She immediately apologized and suggested that I stop by and pick up another bouquet already open!!!!! How nice it was to have someone not ask for pictures or the unopened poppies!!! When we went to get the replacement bouquet there were 12 poppies instead of 6 !! They are beautiful and we will be back to your farm !! Thank you for being so kind !!! Outstanding customer service and incredibly beautiful flowers!!!!
